Our Admissions Team is the first point of contact for all prospective students and their families and we look forward to guiding you through the admissions process and supporting you along your journey.
What does the admissions process involve?
We seek students who are academically ambitious, motivated, and capable of independent learning in an online environment.
The admissions process includes:
- An initial consultation with the Programme Director
- A tailored academic proposal
- A taster session to ensure the right student–teacher fit
Students may, in many cases, join outside the traditional academic calendar, depending on their circumstances.
Is there a minimum English requirement?
Yes. Students studying fully online - particularly at A Level - require a strong level of spoken and written English in order to engage successfully with rigorous academic content.
This is especially important for essay-based subjects and university preparation.

How to Find Us

The Charterhouse UK Campus is conveniently located close to London, and 50 minutes from London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports.
From Heathrow: Follow directions for the M25 southbound, signposted towards M3, M23 and Gatwick Airport. Join the M25 southbound and exit at Junction 10, joining the A3 southbound towards Guildford. Follow the directions below for the ‘A3 Southbound’.
From Gatwick: Follow directions for the M23 northbound, signposted towards M25 and Heathrow Airport. Join the M23 northbound and take the exit for the M25 westbound towards Heathrow Airport and M4. Exit at Junction 10, joining the A3 southbound towards Guildford. Follow the directions below for the ‘A3 Southbound’.
Directions by train: Godalming Station is on the London Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour line. There are taxis available outside the station.
